ABOUT PHIL Glasgow

I don’t coach from a textbook. I coach from a lifetime.

I’ve spent nearly six decades building businesses, leading teams, investing, speaking, advising families, serving organizations, succeeding, failing, and starting over.

Those experiences taught me something no assessment or certification can teach on its own: perspective.

Today, I combine that perspective with Gallup CliftonStrengths to help people recognize what they naturally do best and put those strengths to work toward goals that matter.

The Next Chapter

I’ve had the opportunity to pursue more careers, businesses, ideas, and adventures than I ever could have planned.

At this stage of my life, I’m not interested in building another company simply for the sake of building one. I’m interested in investing what I’ve learned in other people.

Strengths coaching gives me the opportunity to combine two things I believe deeply: every person possesses natural talents worth developing, and the right perspective can help turn those talents into meaningful action.

A CAREER THAT NEVER FOLLOWED A STRAIGHT LINE

Phil began with a degree in architecture from Oklahoma State University, then moved into real estate development and corporate leadership, eventually becoming Vice President of Sales for Mary Kay Cosmetics.

From there came entrepreneurship. He helped build a small local company into a multistate business, later pursued real estate and investing, and even followed a longtime dream of performing stand-up comedy for five years.

That chapter eventually led to building the Glasgow Comedy Dinner and Show in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Phil later founded Glasgow Wealth Management, where he spent two decades helping families navigate investments, retirement, and major financial decisions before selling the business to his partners in 2020.

“Success. Failure. Reinvention. Each chapter taught me something about people, goals, and what it takes to move forward.”
— Phil Glasgow

I’ve reached a point in life where I’ve already had the opportunity to experience success, make mistakes, start over, and learn from each chapter along the way.

What I want to do now is invest that experience in other people.

Strengths coaching gives me the opportunity to combine years of practical experience with a framework I genuinely believe in, helping people better understand what they naturally do well and use those strengths with greater intention.

THE NEXT CHAPTER

“Talent reveals possibility. Experience reveals the path.”
— Phil Glasgow

EXPERIENCE MEETS A PROVEN FRAMEWORK

The Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment helps identify the natural talents and patterns that make each person unique. But knowing your strengths is only the beginning.

The real opportunity comes from understanding how to apply them to the goals, decisions, relationships, and challenges in front of you.

That is where coaching comes in.
